RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition.

For health and hygiene reasons, makeup brushes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Pretty Little Lily REIMAGINED items may be returned under the same conditions unless the item was personalized or custom-made specifically for you.

Personalized and custom-made orders are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Orders may be canceled before they ship. Personalized or custom orders may only be canceled before customization work has begun.

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
